We require a minimum space of 10 ft. x 10 ft. Large, expansive spaces are preferred to achieve the best video quality. If you have selected to have the L.E.D. Enclosure with the 360 Video Booth we will require a minimum space of 12 ft x 12 ft.

The final 360 video is about 25 seconds long. Short enough for optimum social media reach and long enough to keep guests happy.

Yes! Included in every 360 Video Booth package is the ability to customize the experience with a video overlay that can include your logo, event date, etc. All you have to do is send us your logo, or information that you’d like for us to include in your overlay design.

Most of our 360 Video Booths and Selfie Photo Booths can be set up in less than one hour. We will need up to an hour to break down, clean up, and load-out equipment.

As long as the ground is FLAT, and we have access to power, we can utilize the booth outdoors. For hot weather days over 95 degrees, we will add an additional fee of $200 if our services are setup outside. For all outside events, please allow us some space on either concrete, asphalt, or grass. Please note: For safety, we are unable to set up booths on sand, gravel, or loose dirt.

Yes, absolutely! If you have your own step and repeat backdrops you are more than welcome to use them. We do offer gold stanchions and a red carpet, we can certainly collaborate on the setup design.

Within seconds of completing their session, guests will have the opportunity to receive their video via text message, airdrop, QR code, email, and WhatsApp.
