BOOKING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING: A non-refundable session retainer of $75.00 (seventy-five dollars) is required to book in order to reserve the requested date and time for your session and serves as a cancellation fee.

Once the requested booking information has been received and approved by Flawless Moments LLC, an email requesting the $75.00 non-refundable session retainer will be requested from the client. The non-refundable session retainer can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check. The client has 48 hours to pay the retainer fee to secure their booking date and time. If the session retainer is not paid in full within 48 hours of the emailed request, the original requested booking date and time will be released, and the request will be canceled.

 

Once the client has paid the session retainer fee in full, the client has agreed to all privacy policies, and terms and conditions referenced on this website ( https://www.flawlessmomentsatx.com/privacy-policy, & https://www.flawlessmomentsatx.com/terms-of-use.)

 

PAYMENT: If a session retainer fee was paid during booking, it will be subtracted from the final balance for services booked.

All sessions and packages (plus taxes) can be paid in full via the website (flawlessmomentsatx.com, where Visa and Mastercard are accepted), PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check. If paying by check, the Check must clear and any uncleared check will have an additional charge of $50 to cover any bank and convenience fees, the remainder at this time must be paid.

 

DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

For all booked sessions, the client forfeits their non-refundable session retainer paid to book the session if a cancellation is requested. Any request for a date change must be made in writing and emailed to info@flawlessmomentsatx.com at least 14 calendar days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. Flawless Moments LLC will do their best to accommodate the requested date change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five (5) months of the originally scheduled event date.  If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event canceled. Any cancellation occurring less than 14 calendar days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. 

If Flawless Moments LLC cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Flawless Moments LLC illness or emergency, then Flawless Moments LLC shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction,  or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Flawless Moments LLC.
